Association FAQs

What types of associations do you manage? What associations do you not manage?

Avria Community Management provides exclusive management services for:

1. Homeowners associations (HOAs) governed under Florida Statute §720; and,

2. Condominium associations (COAs) governed under Florida Statute §718.

We do not provide services for condominiums that allow provisions for timeshare units or provide services for timeshares under Florida Statute §721. Additionally, we do not provide management for co-ops, mobile home parks, or developer-owned associations.

Where is your office located?

Avria Community Management, LLC does not have a physical office location. Our team works remotely as we are hands-on with our associations and always on the go. Our address is currently for mailing only, but we are happy to set up a meeting at a designated location if needed. We have designated meeting spaces throughout the county and are happy to accommodate your needs if necessary.

How does Avria Community Management differ from other management companies?

From our professional and personal experiences with associations, we aim to provide a management experience the same way we would want our own community to be managed. We pride ourselves on running your community with efficiency and ease. We provide options and technology for your community that allow for ease of access and a smooth-flowing process and benefit homeowners who would like access to the community’s information and their personal accounts.

Does your office provide on-site management services?

Our office does not offer on-site management services. If your community requires on-site staff for limited hours for items such as gate access keys, pool card keys, etc., we can offer limited management hours on-site for an additional fee. However, our company is a small operation that does not currently provide on-site management staff. If your community requires such accommodations, we encourage you to look at hiring an independent community association manager or a larger firm that may provide these options for you.
