Association management Services Offered
Management Services
- Attendance of board meetings, annual meetings, and elections
- Notify members of meetings
- Assistance in the development of the meeting agenda with the Board
- Development and recording of Board meeting minutes
- Receive and facilitate communication with the board regards ARC forms and other member needs.
- Provide the board with routine status reports
- Provide regular violation inspections and enforce the association’s governing documents as necessary.

Member Accounting
- Facilitation of assessments and dues with included payment coupons
- Monitor accounts for delinquencies, assess fees and interests as applicable, and apply payments as required by the laws established by the State of Florida.

- Provide members with online access to association documents and individual accounts.

Association Accounting
- Create and assist in the annual budget with the Board of Directors.

- Communicate as the Board liaison with the association’s legal representation, including the transfer of collections accounts and documentation regarding foreclosures.

- Communicate with homeowners in a respectful manner to establish rapport between the Board and members of the association
Administrative Services
- Provide estoppel requests to closing agents when appropriate
- Maintain thorough and constant communication logs for the benefit of the Board of Directors and homeowners
- Maintain records of ownership through the county property appraiser
- Prepare and file annual corporate records as required by the State of Florida
- Provide electronic conversion and record keeping of all records of the association.
- Update and maintain the Association website
- Provide system-hosted or custom domain design for the association (Optional)

- Obtain bids and proposals for common element upgrades or maintenance
- File Notices of Commencement when necessary
